joined a online writers group

Last week I joined a online writers group. It is a new group on yahoo groups. It is for writers who are new to trying to publish romantic fiction. I hope that by particapting in this group It will help me to stay focused on my writing. I worry about thier critiques. I have never had my work critiqued before. I know there is much I can improve on though.
