Writing Round Robin

The yahoo group I belong to for aspiring romance writers is now doing a writing round robin. Each member takes a letter from the alphabet and writes the next paragragh in the story starting with that letter. The first paragragh starts with A, the next person starts theirs with B. It has been interesting so far to see everyones different writing styles. I worry about exposing how much of a newbie I am but the only way I can get better is with practice and critique. Hiding my work away under my bed won't make my writing any better.
